Services
Psychotherapy usually involves regular meetings at the same time, same place every week. The sessions last for 50 minutes. In most cases the length of treatment will be agreed between the client and the therapist within a month or so of starting. What happens during a session is confidential.

Initial Consultation
The initial consultation enables us to decide whether it will be helpful for us to work together. It carries no obligation. We will discuss what has brought you to therapy, what you would like from therapy and the key issues arising from this, which we are likely to return to in future sessions.

It is also a good opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Fees
Consultation fee: £75 (including the initial consultation)
Therapy sessions: £70
